The SunCoast CCOP Research Base at the University of South Florida, funded by the National Cancer Institute (NCI), is dedicated to the development and conduct of cancer prevention and control clinical trials. Through our cancer control research, we strive to help prevent or reduce cancer's burden on individuals and families and to improve their quality of life. We serve a diverse patient population through our membership of NCI-funded Community Clinical Oncology Programs (CCOPs), Minority-Based CCOPs (MBCCOPs) and direct affiliates of the research base. Offices of the SunCoast CCOP Research Base are located on the University of South Florida's (USF) Tampa campus.
